IMPORTÂNCIA DAS PLATAFORMAS DE DESENVOLVIMENTO LOW-CODE NO GERENCIAMENTO DE PROCESSOS DE NEGÓCIOS

Abstract
The increasing use of digital technologies in industry has stimulated digital transformation, known as the fourth industrial revolution, and given this panorama, it is essential that companies that wish to establish themselves in the market adapt to this reality, in order not to become obsolete. These adaptations involve the integration of business processes with the organization's or company's information technology infrastructure, using digital technologies to automate operations and improve flexibility and the ability to resolve repetitive problems. In this context, BPMS (Business Process Management System), whose purpose is to allow integration between the various business processes within a collaborative approach, which implies the integration of external and internal activities of the company or organization, even if it is based on different technological platforms becomes a fundamental application, in addition to the use of low-code platforms. In short, this paper aims to highlight the importance of low-code development platforms in the management of business processes, using bibliographical research os its methodology, based on searches in specialized search engines, periodicals, books, scientific articles and other materials related to the topic. As final considerations, it is suggested that the use of low-code platforms has os its main benefits, when applied to process management, agility, ease of development and updating, quick responses to changes in scenarios in some regions or even sectors, allowing a person without much knowledge of writing code to develop their own software.
